For working parents who want a steady space that flexes with the month they’re having
You're a working parent at manager level or above. You're capable, you've built a career, and you're the person everyone counts on.
The juggling has become the whole job. There's the team, and the meeting, and the thing your manager mentioned in passing that's now yours. There's also the calendar, the childcare, and a kiddo that needs to be somewhere at 4pm. You're managing all of it well and nobody can see it costing you anything.
You might not have time to think or space in your calendar to meet weekly but you do need somewhere steady to think, take some time for yourself, at a pace that fits the month you're in.
What a Momentum month might look like
Two 45-minute sessions, booked when they suit you. Book them close together if something's live. Spread them out if the month is already full. Some months you'll bring one thing that's been sitting on you for weeks; other months you'll arrive with whatever’s present.
There's no curriculum and no sequence to keep up with. Whatever is present for you that month is the agenda.
You don't have to arrive with the problem solved, or even named properly. Most of what we work on starts as something half-formed; a feeling that the week got away from you, that the work that used to light you up has gone quiet, or that you're in the middle of your day and overwhelmed by everything you still have to get done.
Here's some of what my clients have brought to a session:
Finding the elements that bring back a feeling of flow at work.
Noticing where your strengths actually show up, and using them on purpose.
Planning a conversation you've been avoiding: asking for the promotion, resetting an awkward dynamic with your manager, saying the thing you’re afraid to say to your partner.
Thinking about how people perceive you and what you'd like to be different.
Not losing your patience with your family the moment you walk through the door at home.
Building more independence and creativity into how your family runs.
Finding time that belongs to nobody but you.
Building habits that make work and home feel better rather than just busier.
Building your confidence, energy, focus and creativity back
Somewhere in this work, the question might also change. It stops being how do I carry all this? and becomes is this still the right work for me? It might be the thing underneath the depletion. When you get there, we explore it: stay in this role and make it work better for you, change the terms or the team, or move toward something different. Staying counts. So does leaving. What matters is that you chose it.

Choosing between them
Choose the Spark Path if you're at a turning point and want it worked through in one focused stretch — a clear start, three phases, something written at the end of each, a decision by week twelve.
Choose Spark Momentum if you don't want an ending. It suits people who've finished something concentrated and want help holding it, and people who are mid-decision and want company while they think.
If you've done the Spark Path: Momentum is the natural next step.
If you haven't done the Spark Path: you don't need to have done anything first. You can start with Spark Momentum too!
Flexible agenda, whatever is present that month

Frequently Asked Questions

$399/month. Yes, any time. If you cancel before your next billing date, you won't be charged again. Three months is what I recommend, because that's about how long it takes for something to change, but it isn't a commitment you're signing up for. Stay as long as it's useful.
-
Often, yes. Graduates use Momentum to keep going without as much structure - two sessions a month, booked when they suit you, and the agenda set by whatever's live that month. It’s great to continue to stay accountable to your goals you set.
-
Working parents at manager level and above who are good at their jobs and don't want it to keep costing them everything else.
You're not looking for a structured program with a syllabus and an end date. You want support that fits around the month you're actually having, and that keeps going as long as it's useful.
-
Yes. You don't need to have done anything first, and plenty of people start with Momentum. The only question worth asking yourself is whether you want a defined program with a beginning and an end. If you do, the Spark Path might be the better fit. If you'd rather work at the pace your life allows, start here.
-
Yes. Momentum is built with working parents in mind, because that's who I work with most and where the work and home overlap can be hardest to manage. But the work itself, like energy, boundaries, hard conversations, finding flow and leading under pressure, isn't only for parents. If you're carrying a lot at work and want somewhere steady to think it through, you're welcome here.
-
Warm, practical, and honest. I’m a certified coach and a working parent myself, so a lot of this I know from experience.
We start with what's actually going on for you that month, and we work it through until you leave with something you can use or reflect on further, like a conversation planned, a boundary decided, or a next small to experiment with.I'll ask good questions, and sometimes I'll gently point out the pattern you can't see because you're in the middle of it. I'll also celebrate the wins with you. This is a judgment free zone and you don't need to arrive with it all figured out.
-
Yes, twice a month. In the week after each session, there's one day you can message me with whatever's come up, like how the conversation went, a boundary that's wobbling, or a win you want to share. I'll reply that day. You get support while you're trying out what we talked about, without waiting for your next session.
-
As much as you want it to be. I'm not a parenting coach, and I won't tell you how to raise your kids. What I coach is you: your energy, your patterns, and the way you show up. Those don't switch off when you walk through the door.
The same habit that has you absorbing a difficult meeting often has you absorbing a difficult bedtime. So if what's on your mind is your patience at home, protecting family time, or the kind of parent you want to be in this season, we work on that the same way we'd work on anything else. We start from what matters to you and your family.
As a working parent myself, I know a lot of this from the inside.
I’ve helped hundreds of overwhelmed working parents grow their careers and take more control of their home lives. Will you be next?
