Hi, I’m Kasia.

We all have a spark within us. Sometimes life — the pressure, the pace, the weight of holding everything together — dims it. I know, because mine did too.

In the fall of 2021, I had my first panic attack. It was frightening and disorienting — and it turned out to be the most clarifying thing that ever happened to me. It stopped me long enough to ask some honest questions: What am I actually doing? What do I want? What have I been ignoring?

That experience didn't just change how I live. It changed what I do.

I'm a first-generation American born to Polish parents, now living in Canada. I have 20+ years of corporate experience, and I'm a working parent — which means I understand from the inside what it feels like to carry meaningful work, leadership responsibility, and family life all at once.

I founded Sparkwell Coaching because I wanted to create something I wish I'd had access to: a space to think clearly, get honest, and figure out how to move forward in a way that actually fits your life.

Today I hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation — representing 125+ hours of coach training and 500+ hours of hands-on coaching experience, assessed against rigorous ethical and competency standards.

I’ve also supported over 100 working parents and professionals through coaching, helping them navigate overwhelm, reconnect with what matters, and create more clarity and steadiness in both work and home life.

If you're stretched, overwhelmed, or quietly wondering whether something needs to change — you're in exactly the right place.

My Approach

Sparkwell Coaching is for working parents who are stretched thin, mentally overloaded, and trying to do their best in both work and home life — often without space to think clearly.

My approach is simple and intentional. I help you step out of overwhelm and into clarity by slowing things down just enough to see what’s actually going on, what matters most, and what needs to change. From there, we focus on practical shifts that fit your real life — not an ideal version of it.

This work is grounded, structured, and designed to create movement without adding more pressure. My approach is rooted in the following 4 key ideas:

Keep it simple

I strip away unnecessary complexity so you can focus on what actually matters

Leverage structure

I use evidence-based coaching tools to bring structure, clarity, and direction to the process.

Slow down to speed up

Creating space to think clearly leads to better decisions and more effective action.

Tiny actions are impactful

Sustainable change happens through small, intentional steps — not overwhelm or overhauls.
