For working parents who are ready for something to actually change
Want to get your energy back, get clear on what matters at work and at home, and leave with a path you chose on purpose?
The Spark Path is a 12-week 1:1 coaching program for working parents at manager level and above. It has three phases and leads to one of three paths. You'll know what you're getting, session by session, before you commit.
12 weekly sessions • 3 phases • Written deliverables • Zoom chat support 2 days/week • $2,500
Start with a Spark Reset. Your first steps is a 45-minute Spark Reset ($47). If you join within 14 days, the $47 goes towards your 12-week program.
You lead a team. You show up for your kids. You keep the calendar, the meal plan, the permission slips, and the quarterly goals all moving.
From the outside, you're doing great. On the inside, you might be running on fumes.
Underneath all of it, two questions have gone quiet because you're too tired to answer them:
Is this still the right work for me?
Is this the parent I want to be?
It's not that you haven't thought about them. You just can’t think clearly while you're depleted. That's the first thing we fix, and it's why this works when "just figure out what you want" hasn't.
You're not failing at this. You’re carrying too much to see clearly.
Meet The Spark Path
This is the full version of the work. Over twelve weeks we restore your capacity, get clear on what matters to you as a leader and as a parent, and then build your way forward: stay, redesign, or pivot.
Along the way, we look at the inner patterns that have been quietly running your days. That might be the voice that keeps everyone happy at your expense, the one that never lets you stand down, or the one that says it's never quite enough. Everyone's mix is different, so we work with yours.
This isn't only career coaching. How you work and how you parent are connected, so we work on both.
How the 12 weeks look
-
The mental load, boundaries, and your nervous system. We map where your energy actually goes at work and at home. You'll take a short assessment to identify the patterns that drain you most, then build short resets that fit into the day you actually have.
You stop running on fumes and start trusting your own thinking again.
You'll have: a written picture of your real load, your top patterns named with their work and home triggers, one boundary holding, and a plan for depleted days.
-
Values, strengths, and the patterns that keep you over-functioning. This is the evidence base for the decision you're about to make.
It's also where we get specific about home. Who do you want to be as a parent? What does your family stand for? What would be different in you, in your patience, your presence, and how you react, if you were parenting from your values instead of your exhaustion?
You'll have: your values defined behaviorally, your family values named and written down, a clear picture of the parent you want to be, your strengths in work language, and your over-functioning tell (how you know when you're doing it).
-
With your capacity and clarity back, we answer the real question. Is this a role that needs to be carried differently, terms that need to change, or a fit that's run out? You'll decide based on evidence, not fear, and you'll build the plan around your family as well as your career.
You'll have: your path plan, a personal playbook (your triggers, your tells, and what you do instead), and a written picture of what changes at home.
The 3 paths
You don't need to know which one you're on when you start. You'll know by week eight, and the last four weeks build whichever it is.
-
The work is good; your capacity isn't. The role doesn't need to change. The way you carry it does.
You leave with: decision rules for what you protect and what you let go, a redistribution of the load, and a week designed around what matters, including family time that actually stays protected.
-
You like the work, but the hours, location, or scope no longer fit your life. There's an ask you've been rewriting in your head for weeks.
You leave with: a written proposal for your manager, a negotiation plan, and a fallback you're prepared to use.
-
The misfit is real and recurring, and you can't afford a mistake. You need direction before you need a job.
You leave with: a narrowed direction, a runway number you and your partner agree on, two or three small experiments underway, and your brand, LinkedIn, and interview story built around where you're going.
Staying is a legitimate outcome. So is leaving. What matters is that you chose it, and that it fits the family you want to have.
Say goodbye to:
Being home for dinner but still at work in your head.
Losing your patience with your kids because there's nothing left by 6pm.
Saying yes when you mean no, then squeezing in one more thing.
Working harder to prove yourself instead of working differently.
Avoiding difficult conversations you know you need to have.
Trying to do everything well for everyone, and forgetting about yourself.
Say hello to:
Enough energy to think clearly again.
Knowing what you value as a leader and as a family.
Being the parent you want to be, not perfectly, but on purpose.
A career decision made with evidence instead of exhaustion.
A way of working and parenting that feels sustainable and like you.
A plan for what needs your attention first, not all of it at once.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Working parents at manager level and above (managers, directors, senior ICs) who are capable, caring, and tired of running on empty. You might be questioning your role, your pace, or the kind of parent you've had the energy to be lately. You don't need answers yet.
-
The Spark Reset is a single 45-minute session that shows you what's draining you and where to start. The Spark Path is the full twelve-week arc: we rebuild your capacity, clarify what matters at work and at home, and build your way forward together.
-
Twelve weeks is a real commitment. The Spark Reset lets us both see what's going on before you make it. You'll leave with something useful either way, and if you join the Spark Path within 14 days, the $47 goes toward your program payment.
-
Everything above for $2,500. Pay in full or in 3 monthly payments of $875. If you start with a Spark Reset, your $47 goes toward it. Many clients use their professional development budget, and I'm happy to provide an invoice and program outline.
-
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, you can message me on Zoom chat with whatever's coming up: a tricky conversation ahead, a boundary that's wobbling, a win you want to share. I'll reply on those days, so you have support between sessions without waiting a full week.
-
Often, yes. Start by checking whether your company has a professional development, learning, or coaching budget. I can provide an invoice, a program outline, and a one-page summary of the leadership focus: capacity, boundaries, communication, and decision-making under pressure. I'll also share a request email you can adapt and send to your manager or HR.
As with all professional coaching, what we talk about in sessions is confidential, whoever pays. Your employer receives program details and invoices, not session content.
-
No. I've seen people leave and be glad they did, and I've seen people stay and be glad they did. Both are real answers.
Most people who come to me burned out aren't in the wrong job. They're carrying it in a way that isn't sustainable. Many of them stay, with more energy, better boundaries, and a clearer sense of why.
-
They're the inner voices that once helped you succeed and now wear you out. For some people it's keeping everyone happy. For others it's controlling every detail, avoiding conflict, or never feeling like enough. In the first week you'll take a short, free assessment to find your top patterns, and then we work with yours throughout the program. Naming them is often the moment clients say, "Oh. That's why I'm so tired!"
-
As much as you want it to be. We'll talk about who you want to be as a parent, what your family values are, and what you want to see change in yourself. Everything we build starts from what matters to you and your family.
-
That's expected. The first eight weeks are there to help you find out.
-
Nothing is required. You'll leave with your deliverables and your plan. If you want support holding it, Spark Path graduates can join Spark Momentum at $299/month instead of $399 if they join within 30 days of finishing. Your rate stays the same for as long as you stay.
